"Order was mostly right"
My order showed up with the right stuff, but a few of the quantities were a little off. Not the end of the world, thankfully, but I did have to reach out to get it sorted. Kind of annoying, but at least it was fixable.

I checked around before ordering, and Staples ended up feeling way more expensive than other options for basic promo items. What made it more frustrating was that I felt kind of ignored when I had questions about the pricing and value. By the time I saw the final total, it just didn’t feel worth it. I expected better, and I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the prices dropped a lot.

I was disappointed when the items arrived. They looked a lot cheaper than the sample, and the print was faded on some of them. A few also had scratches, which made me wonder if they’d been rushed or maybe not checked properly before shipping. I can’t say for sure, but that’s how it felt. I wouldn’t order from here again...

"Got here way sooner than I expected"
I was prepared to wait a few more days, and then somehow the box was already at my door in two days. I remember checking the tracking and thinking, wait, really? Anyway, delivery was super fast and that was a nice surprise

"Pretty easy site, just kinda slow here and there"
I used Staples Promotional Products to shop around for some logo items for work, and overall it was straightforward. I didn’t have much trouble finding the basic stuff I was looking for, and the search worked well enough.
A few of the product pages loaded kinda slowly, and some of the filters felt a little clunky on my laptop. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did slow me down a bit while I was comparing options.
The checkout process was simple, and uploading our logo was easier than I expected. Overall, it was a good experience, just kinda not perfect

"Got fixed in the end, but it dragged on"
I had an issue with my order and, like I said, support did end up fixing it. It just took way more back and forth than I expected. Like I said, it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating having to keep following up...

"Okay support, but the wording was misleading"
Customer service was alright overall. They did answer my email, but it took a few days and I had to follow up twice before getting a real response. The help itself was decent once they got back to me, but some of the wording on the site made it sound like things would be quicker and more straightforward than they actually were...

"Print turned out great overall"
The logo came out really sharp and the colors actually looked better than I expected. The only small thing is that I wish the turnaround had been a bit quicker, but the final print looked so nice that I’m still really happy with it.

"The whole design process was kind of frustrating..."
The whole design process was kind of frustrating for me. I was expecting things to move along a bit more smoothly, but the proof took way too long to come back, and that made the waiting part feel really drawn out. It wasn’t necessarily a huge disaster or anything, but the delay definitely made the experience more annoying than it needed to be.
